This route is available without an account login. The Stripe customer portal remains available for billing management, but it is not the only way to submit a cancellation declaration.
What happens next
- Enter only the details needed to identify the contract and receive confirmation.
- Submit the declaration with the explicit final cancellation action.
- Receive an immediate text receipt you can download and store.
