Billing questions
Can I pay once instead of a subscription?
Yes. One month for €2.30 or One year for €23, paid once. Supporter ends after that time and nothing renews.
How do I cancel?
In Settings, or with the cancellation form, which needs no sign-in. Supporter stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Supporter stays on until the end of the period you paid for. For a question about a payment, write to us at the address in the imprint.
