Account

Delete your LootSpectrum account

You can delete your account here or in the LootSpectrum app under Settings. Both do the same thing, for the website, the browser extension and the app at once. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your account and settings, connected Steam accounts, synced history, inventory snapshots, watchlist, loadouts and exports. This happens the moment you confirm.
  • Your sign-in record (email address, password or linked sign-in method) at our sign-in provider. An automatic job deletes it right after, normally within minutes.
  • Your customer record at our payment provider Stripe, if you ever bought Supporter. The same job deletes it.

If you are a Supporter

A subscription is cancelled with the deletion and does not renew. Supporter access ends immediately, also when it came from a one-time payment or a grant, and is not transferred. The remaining paid time is not refunded. You are shown this again, with your dates, before you confirm.

What is kept, and for how long

  • For 90 days: a keyed hash of your account id, so that a restored backup cannot bring the account back, and, if you bought Supporter, the plan, status and period of that purchase together with a keyed hash of its payment reference (not the reference itself), in case of a billing claim.
  • If you sent a cancellation declaration: that declaration, encrypted and no longer linked to an account, until the end of the third calendar year after you sent it.
  • Invoices at Stripe, for as long as tax law requires.
  • Database backups made before the deletion, until they expire.

Before you confirm, the page shows the exact date for your account.

If you use Sign in with Apple

Deleting your account here does not remove LootSpectrum from your Apple account; only you can do that. After the deletion, open Settings > Apple Account > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple on your iPhone or iPad and remove LootSpectrum.

Write to paul@muenchhausen.dev from the email address of the account and we delete it for you.
