Billing questions
- How do I cancel?
- From the Stripe billing portal in your account settings, or through the public cancellation form linked below, which needs no login. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Is tax included in the price?
- The price shown is before tax. Stripe calculates the tax for your country and shows the full total before you confirm anything.
- Who handles the payment?
- Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
- What happens to my ledger when access ends?
- It stays. Sync, event history, holdings and basic statistics are free, so nothing you synced goes away. Only the Supporter figures are hatched again.
