A new look, and item pages built around the price
LootSpectrum has a new typeface and a cooler, quieter palette, in dark and light mode. Item pages put the picture and the price chart on the left and the buy column on the right, and Doppler pages are arranged around the finish.
Across the site
- Orange is kept for the things you can do; everything else is calmer. Labels are in sentence case, and the helper sentences under titles are gone.
- Line charts are smooth curves that draw in, and lists fade in row by row. If your system asks for reduced motion, nothing moves.
- While a page loads, placeholders in the shape of what is coming stand in for it.
Item pages
- The picture and the price history sit on the left; a buy column with the cheapest market stays in view on the right. The details move into tabs underneath. On a phone they are collapsible sections, with a buy bar at the bottom.
- Swipe sideways, drag with the mouse or use the arrow keys to move between an item’s renders.
Doppler and other finishes
On a Doppler page the finish, a phase or a gem, is the main choice. The picture, the price, the price curve, the Buy button and the market list follow the finish you pick. “Price by finish” compares the finishes in one chart and “All finishes” lists them in a table. Shared links to a phase keep working.
